Hope begins with YOU

Every 18 minutes, someone in the US dies by suicide.

Every 19 minutes, someone is left to make sense of it.

Washington County, Oklahoma

Ask yourself...

why is the rate of suicide more than one and a half times the national average in our county.

Become involved in our training in order to learn more about suicide prevention efforts for you, your family and your community!

Testimonials of those who have attended QPR Training:

"Thank you so much for having the training@ I thought it was very beneficial. My best friend of 20 years has had issues with cutting herself for the past 4 years.  After (your trainer) discussed some of the warning signs, it was eerie how many signs she gives off.  I've always been hesitant to ask about anything regarding suicide, but knowing that being direct can make them feel more comfortable and help to open a line of communication empowers me and gives me hope that there is more I can do to help her."

"I found it very useful and the handouts with many numbers a great help. I do hope I never have to use but very happy to have the contacts so if needed, I can get them to the help they need."
